Moving?

It has been awhile since we updated our blog.

It has happened so fast, but we are ready to make an offer for a home in Moorpark. I know what everyone is thinking--"But you just bought the Condo." Yes, you're right. But we feel that we better do this now or it may be awhile. We would like to have our kids grow up in a house and in a better area than Los Angeles. And we both have a desire to have no HOA.

It will be change of lifestyle for us, having to afford the payments, but we have done our homework and feel it is worth it.

So, like I said, we have decided to make an offer. But lots of stuff has to happen for it all to go through. The next step is putting our condo on the market. This weekend our realtor will be coming over to tell us all about that. We are taking it one step at a time, and if we can't do it, than oh well, we'll try again in the future.

Other than that, not much going on. We are looking forward to staying home this holiday weekend. Both of us have Monday off. Next weekend, we are going with Laura's parents and meeting her sister and family in Monterey. Should be a nice, relaxing, vacation.
