Hannah's Room

I got 7 days off from work (and I took an eighth) over the Holidays. After returning from an enjoyable few days in Fresno with the family for Christmas, we set were intent on getting some things done around the house. We ended up doing a fairly comprehensive cleaning of the entire house. It actually started a week before when I took an afternoon off to clean up the spare bedroom/office. Then came the painful work of putting all the Christmas decorations away. We cleaned up our bedroom and closet, Hannah's Room, Hannah's Toys (to make room for all the stuff she got for Christmas). Last weekend, as an early birthday present for Hannah (February 28th), Grandparents Nancy and Marshall bought her a bookcase. Here is a quick video and a couple pictures of the finished project. Next up is the assemble her bed that is out in the garage.

Halloween and New Bed

Hi Everyone,

Hannah was a butterfly for Halloween. She loved her costume. We went trick or treating with Hannah's toddler class around Moorpark College during the day. It was a lot of fun. At night Randy and I took Hannah to my parents house and all the other people we know in our little neighborhood. We all had fun and there was plenty of candy for Randy to eat. Also, to celebrate Halloween, Hannah and I watched the Charlie Brown Special. A tradition of mine that I am not willing to give up no matter how old I am. :)

On Wednesday, November 5, Hannah decided it was time to climb/jump/fall out of her crib. She is completely fine, but it freaked me out. She went around for the rest of the day tapping her head and saying "bonk bonk." That night I took her mattress out of her crib and she slept on the floor. NO MORE CRIB FOR HANNAH. On Saturday, Randy and I bought her a new twin mattress to sleep on. Hannah loves it and we think it is so cute. Randy especially loves how he can hear her scamper down the hallway in the morning to our bedroom.

Go Bulldogs!

We took Hannah to a bulldog game in September. The first quarter went ok. The end of the second quarter Randy had to stand at the top of the stands with her to try to get her to sleep. He was fine with it as long as he could see the game. Half time, and the second half she slept across my mom and I. She is soooooooooooo cute in her bulldog shirt!

Running around!
Very happy little girl with her Dora slippers on.

It's Been Awhile

Hi Everyone, Randy has been so crazy at work, there has been no time to update our blog. So I decided to take over. I am not as good of a writer as him, but I will try. Also, I have no idea why this text is underlined. This is no design program! Anyways, below are some pictures of Hannah starting from February until August. I will update the blog more often so everyone knows what is going on.
